Out of this world vegan raw chocolate and coconut double layer cheesecake with a brownie base. Topped with coconut ‘snowballs’, chocolate avocado truffles and organic blueberries. Size: 8” round.


Crust: pecans, almonds, medjool dates, cacao powder, coconut oil, maple syrup

Filling: cashews, coconut oil, coconut cream, cacao powder, maple syrup, water, vanilla bean paste

Toppings: shredded coconut, avocado, blueberries, vegan dark chocolate chips, cacao powder, maple syrup, coconut milk, vanilla extract
